Return and Exchange Policy
1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not qualify.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

For non-quality-related returns (change of mind), the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Products that show signs of use, installation, alteration, or missing parts may not be approved for return.
3. Return Process
Before returning any product, customers must contact customer service for authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided. Please retain proof of shipment.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt before a refund or replacement is issued.
4. Refund Policy

Please allow 7–14 business days after inspection for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
In certain cases, a prepaid return label may be provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
We aim to process all return requests fairly and promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
