2. Order Amendments

If you need to modify your order, please contact Customer Support immediately.

Changes are only possible before the order enters processing or shipment.
Once preparation or dispatch begins, modifications cannot be made.

3. Order Tracking

After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

You may:

  • Use the tracking link provided in the email; or

  • Visit the “Order Tracking” section on our website.

4. Shipping Coverage

At this time, Elvonero provides delivery services within Australia only.

5. Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days depending on destination

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics factors.

6. Shipping Fees

  • Orders above AUD 150 qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders below AUD 150 incur a flat shipping fee of AUD 15.

All applicable charges are displayed before payment confirmation.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed.

If processing has begun, customers may refuse delivery or request a return after receiving the item.

8. Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please email Customer Service with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your financial institution.
