1. Order Cancellation Eligibility
Customers may request a cancellation within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation email, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
Cancellation requests cannot be approved if:

The 48-hour cancellation period has expired.
If the order has been dispatched, customers may refer to our Returns & Refund Policy after delivery.
Unless otherwise authorized by our support team, cancellation requests must apply to the entire order, not partial items.

3. Refund Processing
Once a cancellation request is approved:

4. Confirmation Notice
After the refund has been successfully processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
We recommend retaining payment records and related communication until the refund is fully completed.
